A few years later, they relocated to the DFW metroplex area, where Angelika met and married Nathan and together they ventured into the food service business, specializing in German cuisine.  This venture soon grew into a successful catering and food truck business, bringing heartfelt and authentic German cuisine to events and festivals throughout Texas.

Karen is our accordian player. She took lessons for 12 years learning the accordian and other musical instruments. She graduated college with a music degree and went on to play music in television. She played background music for 3rd Rock from the Sun and Family Matters. When you watch Family Matters and see Urkel playing the accordian; its actually Karen playing! She did 8 USO tours and 5 of them to Vietnam to perform while our troops were at war! She now plays accordian at Ketler’s Schnitzel Haus and Biergaten. Come support her when she plays at Ketzler’s.
